Hi, I’m Lacey.

I’m a Realtor, a mom, a neighbor, and the person behind Selling Stanwood.

Stanwood isn't just an area I work in. It's where I'm raising my family, where my kids ride their bikes through the neighborhood, where I volunteer, show up for community events, support local businesses, and where there's a pretty good chance I'll run into a past client at the grocery store or a yard sale.

And honestly, that's exactly how I want my business to feel.

I believe real estate works better when it feels personal. When you have someone who knows your goals, understands the community, answers the uncomfortable questions, and stays involved when things don't go exactly according to plan.

I'm an educator at heart, so I'll always explain the why behind what we're doing. I'll tell you when I think we should push, when I think we should wait, and when the market is telling us something we need to listen to. You don't need to understand every piece of real estate before we start, I meet you where you're at.

But what I love most about this work isn't the houses.

It's watching people build lives here.

Clients become neighbors. Buyers become sellers. Families move across town instead of away. I get to sell homes in the same neighborhoods where I'm building my own life.
